Steel Kitchen Utensils
Aside from using wooden kitchen utensils, our chefs also believe that using steel kitchen utensils can give justice to the greatness of the cuisine that is distinctly "English".
One. Steel is lighter than other metals. And to create dishes like pies, curry and pudding, one needs to be really careful and "smooth" during the preparation.
Two. Steel is one of the most hygienic "mediums" for preparation of foods. We exclusively choose "fresh ingredients" for one reason: We care for our health and the health of our love ones. It's in our tradition to use only naturally produced ingredients for our and our family's gustatory satisfaction. But all these meticulous picking wouldn't make sense if we slack off during the preparation. But we don't want to, so we use wooden and steel kitchen utensils.
Three. Steel will not affect relish as it doesn't react with foods during cooking. While we do know that all chefs in the world want their food to be perfect, we just can't help but notice that our chefs are "real perfectionists". Well, we can't blame them, as English cuisine is all about achieving a rich yet simplistic taste and a simple "unnecessary" relish can dreadfully show in the taste.
Four. Steel is very easy to clean. This goes without saying. More time to read and practice (than to clean dishes) means being able to perfect the craft more.
